Adjacent to your luxury home is your very own, Barry Lake. Coming in at 30 acres in size and filled to the brim with bass fish, you can create all of your own fishing and water sport memories amongst the quiet and serene waters at your own discretion.
This is your lake. No need to worry about shared water access, no need to fret over neighbours or other cottagers rumbling through the waters unchecked, no need to fear about opposing loud motor noises or tubing teenagers speeding by. Your water - your rules. Now that's luxury living.
The Earth is a consistent 55 degrees year-round beneath your home - Summer or Winter. It doesn't matter!
Geothermal technology systems harness this stable underground temperature to provide heating, cooling and hot water systems to your home. A proper geothermal heating system can cut electrical costs by 60% per year.
In order to properly access this stable underground temperature, a geothermal heating pump is connected to a series of underwater "lake loops" that are incredibly long-lasting and durable. This method of underwater lake loops perform even better than the traditional underground piping seen in most geothermal systems at both heating and cooling. The lake nearby on the property is not there just for show! It is both an energy source for heating and a heat sink for cooling.
During Summer months, the heat pump will grab heat from the air in your home, then transfers it to the underwater lake loops which then transports the heat away into the cooler Earth. Once cooled to a comfortable temperature, the air is returned and circulated through the home through a duct system to provide efficient air conditioning.
In contrast during Winter months, the above described system is reversed. Heat is extracted from the Earth using the same underwater piping system and the heat in the heat pump is compressed to a higher temperature which is then used to warm the air in your home.
These systems continuously prove to be incredibly environmentally conscious due to the reliance on the air extracted from the Earth, thus burning zero fossil fuels/carbon monoxide for heating!
